Alright…is everyone ready for #2?! If you missed the first post in this series, check it out here.
When I was in High School, we went to New Zealand for 3 weeks and it was AMAZING! New Zealand was absolutely beautiful and it was amazing to see some of the different customs in that culture! They drive on the opposite side of the road…they have fields FILLED with sheep…everything was green (or at least it seemed like it)…they have a few different foods…and they know when Americans are driving because the windshield wipers turn on instead of the blinker when turning (because it’s backwards in their cars).
Getting outside the United States is an amazing experience and it will help you realize that their are many different cultures in this world and it should help you appreciate your own culture more! If you EVER get the chance…travel!
